"I really appreciated how clear their replies were..."
I really appreciated how clear their replies were. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, and I didn’t feel confused at all, which is such a relief, isn’t it?

"Helpful talks, though a few could’ve been tighter"
I’ve listened to a good amount of FamilyLife, most of the talks were helpful. The speakers come across like they’ve actually dealt with real family issues, not just read about them somewhere. A few parts did feel like they went on longer than they needed to, almost like nobody was keeping an eye on the pacing, but overall it was easy to follow and worth listening to.

"Good biblical teaching overall"
I found the Bible teaching helpful and easy to follow overall. I’m glad to share my honest experience, and if there’s any compensation or thank-you offered for feedback, I’d expect to be included.

"Honestly, this event was a total breeze"
I was shocked by how smoothly everything went. Check-in took basically no time at all, everything was super easy to figure out, and the whole event just flowed perfectly. We had such a great time, I was practically glowing by the end of it!

"Helpful course that felt fair and realistic"
My spouse and I took one of the online courses together, it fit into real family life well. The videos weren’t too long, which mattered because we were usually watching after the kids were finally asleep.
What I appreciated most was that it didn’t feel one-sided or like it was blaming either of us. It gave us a fair way to talk through things we usually avoid, and the advice was simple, practical, and worth the time.

"Helpful, reassuring advice for family and marriage"
I’ve used familylife.com a handful of times when I’m trying to figure out marriage or parenting stuff, and I’ve found it encouraging. The articles are easy to follow, practical, and they have a way of making you feel like you’re not failing—you’re just learning and growing like everyone else.
Some pages do feel a little dated or aren’t exactly what I was looking for, so it’s not perfect. But overall, I think it’s a solid resource if you want faith-based family advice that feels supportive, clear, and actually doable.

"Helped Us Start Talking Again"
My wife and I had been feeling frustrated and a little worn out when we found the couples support on FamilyLife. It helped us slow down and actually listen to each other instead of just talking past each other. It wasn’t some instant fix, but the suggestions felt practical and we tried a few that really did help. I also appreciated that it felt honest and not judgmental

"We’ve been using this for a few..."
We’ve been using this for a few years now, our marriage just feels more steady than it used to. Like we’re better at checking in with each other and not letting little things turn into... you know. Some of the advice does repeat after a while, but overall it’s been really helpful for us.

"Slower support than I expected"
I do like some of the content on familylife.com, and compared to a lot of similar sites, they do have some helpful stuff. But the customer service experience wasn’t great for me. It took way longer than I expected to get a reply, and when they finally got back to me, it felt rushed. Compared to other places I’ve contacted, the answer just didn’t feel very thorough and didn’t really solve what I was asking...

"Actually helpful for real marriage moments"
I picked this up hoping for some practical advice, it was more useful than I expected. The tips were simple, not overly complicated or preachy, and they helped us slow down and actually talk instead of immediately getting defensive, which we definitely do sometimes. It felt like real-life marriage stuff, not some perfect-couple advice that doesn’t apply to normal people

"Really lines up with what we believe"
My wife and I started checking out familylife when we were looking for something marriage-related that actually fit with our faith. i’ve appreciated it a lot. The articles and resources feel rooted in biblical truth, but they’re not so formal or unrealistic that they don’t apply to everyday family life. We’ve come across a few things that helped us slow down and communicate better, which has been really good for us. It’s simple, faith-based, and genuinely helpful

"Fine, but not exactly a great value"
I tried familylife.com for a little while, and to be fair, some of the content was decent in that “common sense packaged nicely” kind of way. But for the price, I expected more. A lot of the advice felt basic, and I didn’t really come away feeling like I learned anything new. I can see how it might be helpful if you’re just starting to look for this kind of guidance, but for me, it didn’t feel worth the money.

"We picked up a couple of books..."
We picked up a couple of books and the study guide from FamilyLife and have been working through them at night. I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much because these kinds of resources can get a little cheesy, but these were actually easy to follow and gave us some good things to talk about.
Shipping was perfectly fine, nothing exciting, but everything showed up when it was supposed to. I also liked that the questions felt natural instead of like some awkward worksheet from Sunday school. We’d probably order from them again.

"Helpful in spots, but not all of it worked for us"
I read this when I was feeling a little overwhelmed and just looking for some practical parenting tips. Some of the advice was genuinely helpful, especially the parts about talking with kids and staying patient. That said, a few sections felt kind of old-fashioned and didn’t really fit how our family does things. Overall, I’m glad I checked it out, but I wouldn’t say every bit of it was useful for us.

"The retreat was helpful for us"
My wife and I went into the marriage retreat not really expecting a whole lot, but it ended up being helpful. We talked through some things we’d been avoiding for a while, and we both came home feeling a lot calmer. The sessions were simple, real, and easy to connect with. I’m glad we decided to go...

"Clearer than a lot of donation pages"
I donated through familylife.com the donation page was easier to understand than a lot of others I’ve used. It clearly explained what the money goes toward, and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured or pushed into giving more.
I also got my receipt quickly, which was helpful since I like to keep track of donations for my records. The information about where the funds go wasn’t buried or hard to find, which I appreciated.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because I would’ve liked a little more detail in the breakdown. But compared to many donation pages that feel vague or overly salesy, this one felt trustworthy overall.
